What Is Furrview?
Hi there! We’re Furrview.com. Our mission is to bring you high-quality pet products all in one place. We want everyone to have access to safe, reliable, and innovative gear at prices that make you and your furry friend jump for joy.
What are your shipping and delivery times?
We ship straight from our warehouses as soon as your order is processed. During busy times, shipments may take a couple of extra days, so please allow some additional transit time. If there’s ever a significant delay, we’ll let you know by email or phone. Most US orders arrive in 2 to 6 business days.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you’ll find a tracking number in your order details and receive it by email. Just enter that number on the carrier’s website (UPS, USPS, etc.) or use a universal tracker like 17track.net.
What if the delivery window has passed and I still haven’t received my order?
Please send us your order number as soon as possible so we can look into it and speed things up for you. Email us at orders@furrview.com or use our Contact Us page: https://furrview.com/pages/contact.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
This almost never happens, but if it does, we’re here to help. Please take a photo of the damaged item and email it to orders@furrview.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll get a replacement sent out to you as quickly as possible.
Can I return my product for a refund?
We want you (and your pet!) to love every purchase from Furrview. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
